Paperwork your server can actually issue.

Deeds, permits, warrants, medical certificates, contracts and citations — designed in-game, gated by job and rank, printed as real inventory items, signed by hand, and verifiable by anyone who asks.

Design documents in-game

A full A4 designer runs inside the game — no config files, no Photoshop, no restart. Drag and drop headings, body text, labelled fields, tables, rules, boxes, images, seals and signature lines. Zoom, snapping, alignment, layers, multi-select, undo/redo and multi-page documents, with a live preview of exactly what prints. Design a template once and it is instantly available to everyone you granted it to.

Filled in automatically

Drop a token into a design and the server fills it at print time: character name, citizen ID, date of birth, phone and sex; job label and rank name; serial, issue date and check code. A deed prints with the buyer's real name and real citizen ID without anyone typing it.

Gated by job and rank

Every template is restricted with a few clicks — Real Estate rank 2 and above issues deeds, City Hall ranks 3 and 4 issue permits, or no gate at all. Jobs and rank ladders are read live from your framework, so the picker shows your real jobs with their real rank names. Templates can be locked so players fill the fields but cannot move the layout, or forkable so they can save their own variants.

Real signatures, real verification

Printed signature lines fill themselves. Issuer and holder signature fields print as blank ruled lines and are signed by hand later, in the viewer. A signer's legal name is read from their ID card's own data, never from anything their game client sends — a player cannot sign as someone else, even with a modified client.

Every printed document carries a unique serial, and /verify <serial> reports the title, the holder, the issuer, their job, the issue date, and whether the document has been voided. Staff can void a document or reprint a lost one; a reprint keeps the same serial and the same frozen contents. Players cannot forge documents — every value is resolved on the server at print time.

Printers, if you want them

Out of the box anyone can print anywhere. Your staff switch this in the interface, with no config edit: placed printers (an admin stands where the machine should be and saves it, a prop spawns, and it holds paper that genuinely runs out), portable printers as an inventory item, and a staff exemption so admins keep printing anywhere. Restricting printing turns paperwork into a destination — players go to City Hall because that is where the printer is.

Fits your server

  • Frameworks: Qbox, QBCore, ESX — or standalone
  • Inventories: ox_inventory, ph-inventory, qs-inventory, qb-inventory, detected automatically. Running something else? A documented, editable adapter file is included — five short functions.
  • Languages: eleven ship translated (English, Português, Español, Français, Deutsch, Italiano, Nederlands, Polski, Русский, 中文, 日本語), picked in the interface. Adding your own is one file and no rebuild.
  • Appearance: recolour the entire interface live from a colour picker. The document sheet is deliberately left alone — it is paper.
  • Setup: no SQL import, tables are created on first start, and there is no permission to configure. Add two items to your inventory and you are running.
  • Developers: a documented export API lets other resources issue, read, verify, void and reprint documents, and register their own field tokens. Running a housing script? It can issue the deed itself.

Honest notes

  • No signature font is included. The handwriting face used in development is commercially licensed and cannot legally be redistributed. Signatures work without it — drop in any .ttf, and several free, properly-licensed options are named in the docs.
  • The QR-style block is decorative. It prints a deterministic pattern from the serial, not a scannable code. The serial printed beneath it is the record, and /verify is how a document gets checked.
  • Remote images are restricted by default to approved hosts, and only staff may set one. Artwork shipped inside the resource is always allowed and never leaves the player's machine.
  • Plain ESX inventories cannot pass item data on use, so on those setups players read documents with a command instead of clicking the item. Every other supported inventory works by clicking.
  • The two interface fonts (Barlow Condensed, IBM Plex Mono) are open-source, bundled under their licence and credited. You are not being charged for them.

In short: design real paperwork in-game, gate it by job and rank, print it as an item, sign it by hand, verify it on the street.
